nabooru2.gifNabooru1114 viewsI finally got around to creating a Nabooru fanart piece and I must say that I am extremely proud of how this one turned out. My goal was to make a much better Nabooru picture than the official art of her for OoT, and I think I achieved it. ^__^ The only thing that gripes me about this picture is the quality of it after I uploaded it to the browser. The .gif file was better than the .jpg and .bmp files, but barely. Please display it in its larger version to get the whole picture, despite the off quality.
Note: I drew her so that she does not look exactly like the official art, but in my own style. I thought the official art looked too unproportioned and awkward, and so made Nabooru look more human, lol.Nabooru

That'll teach me to draw on multiple sheets of paper. Originally this was just a simple coloring test so I didn't plan on doing any fancy linework for it. Naturally, I put physics aside and drew instead. XD It was latter finished up in Macromedia Fireworks. The left half ist Wind Waker Link, while the Right Half is Ocarina of Time Link. The fairies are both Navi, just that one is in Wind Waker style. The Triforce of Courage and Farore's symbol were added to the sketch last. This was partly inspired by my fanfiction "Linked Chronicles", since it features Wind Waker Link and Ocarina of Time Link meeting and learning about each other.Nenilein

You can compare it against the old version if you want, you will notice I have drawn a new face, fixed her neck to look less doll like and added some extra glow effects to the pattern across her body. I have also made color alterations to her body as a whole.
The reason for the update? I felt I needed to fix some things because at the time I rushed the image.
